Overtime

You are obliged to work up to a maximum of 30 minutes overtime on your own rostered duty only. You cannot be forced to work overtime.

Rostered spare movement

36 hours notice

  • Can be moved plus or minus 2 hours.
  • Increase day length up to 9 hours 30.

No notice

  • Keep rostered booking on time.
  • Keep rostered hours day length.

Annual leave cover

  • Can only be used on the weekly sheet.
  • Can only cover rostered annual leave.
  • Unlimited movement within the ALC time range.
  • Increase day length up to 9 hours 30.

Cancelled duty

Rostered P.N.B

  • 30 clear minutes in a recognised PNB location.
  • To commence after 3 hours.
  • To be completed by 6 hours.
  • P.N.B to be mutually agreed with D.R.M when spare or cover.

Minimum rest periods

  • Between two driving turns: 12 hours.
  • Between driving and non-driving turn: 8 hours.
  • Between two non-driving turns: 8 hours.
  • Between non-driving and driving turn: 12 hours.
  • Between driving turn and company day: 12 hours.
  • Free day: 32 hours rest before start of next TOD.
